The breakfast was good hot with variety of good pastries, fruit, and cheese. The location of the hotel was comfortable and perfect, too close to the center.

The room was upscale and modern, and the bathroom was reasonably large. Location: the hotel was next to the exhibition Centre and the major Shanghai sights and several shopping malls and restaurants. It also was in Shanghai area.

The hotel serves pastries, fruit, and cheese for breakfast. I enjoyed my room - well-appointed and reasonably large with super soft pillows. As for me location is comfortable and perfect, really close to Century Park and Thumb Plaza, and malls and restaurant.

The room was neat and well-appointed and I enjoyed the Renaissance-style building. The pool area was great and the location was good and incredible, not far from the expo, Pudong airport, and malls and restaurant. It also was to nearby subway stations.

The breakfast at the hotel was hot and great for food and drinks. Our rooms were nicely furnished with super soft pillows. Venue's location was peaceful and the best, to the Middle Yanggao Road Metro station on line 9.

I recently stayed at Renaissance Pudong Hotel in Shanghai for 4 nights. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were very supportive. com" and the breakfast offered a variety of Chinese and European options. The pool was great, complete with a jacuzzi section. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near shopping malls and restaurants, making it a fantastic stay.

Decent size room plus with super soft pillows. Warm and great breakfast for food and drinks and exceptionally attentive staff. Good service and fair value. A really really nice stay with a lovely swimming pool.

WLAN did not work. VPN was blocked. Outlook was not working. Insufficient for business travelers. IT man from hotel could not help.

It would be helpful if the staff responsible for the taxis could speak a little English. Apart from that all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the air condition in the room was so loud that you had to switch it off during the night.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself had a modern and stylish design. The bar on the ground floor was a cool spot to unwind, and the nearby train station offered a variety of convenient amenities and shopping options. The friendly and helpful staff, including the door staff who assisted with taxis, made my stay even more enjoyable.
