I recently stayed at Renaissance Pudong Hotel in Shanghai for 4 nights. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were very supportive. com" and the breakfast offered a variety of Chinese and European options. The pool was great, complete with a jacuzzi section. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near shopping malls and restaurants, making it a fantastic stay.

WLAN did not work. VPN was blocked. Outlook was not working. Insufficient for business travelers. IT man from hotel could not help.

It would be helpful if the staff responsible for the taxis could speak a little English. Apart from that all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the air condition in the room was so loud that you had to switch it off during the night.

As a business traveler in the Pudong area, this hotel was perfect for my needs. The location is unbeatable and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself had a modern and stylish design. The bar on the ground floor was a cool spot to unwind, and the nearby train station offered a variety of convenient amenities and shopping options. The friendly and helpful staff, including the door staff who assisted with taxis, made my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff at the reception and concierge were incredibly helpful and provided us with valuable information during our stay. They even went above and beyond to accommodate our request to have all four of our rooms on the same level, which made it much easier for our family with children and elderly parents. Additionally, the hotel's location near a mall with various dining options and a convenience store was very convenient. We especially enjoyed the bakery across the street, which served delicious coffee, bread, and donuts.

The spa, pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were all onsite, which was a convenient and enjoyable feature. The fitness center was also well-equipped. The bar had a good selection and the food at the diner was tasty. The laundry service was simple and efficient. Getting a taxi was easy due to the hotel's convenient location.

The club lounge ran out of food in the evening before the buffet closed, and the staff took a while to remake it, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the hotel was a 15-minute taxi ride away from downtown, which might not suit everyone's preference.
